Common questions
What are your daycare hours?
Open Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm. Full day is the entire session. Half day is roughly 4 hours, choose morning or afternoon at booking. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes. All daycare dogs must be up to date with core vaccinations including kennel cough. We'll need a copy of current records before the first visit.
Can my dog do a trial day first?
Absolutely. Book a single day, we'll watch how they settle, how they play, and which group fits best. Honest feedback at pickup. No pressure to commit to packages until you know it's a fit.
How do you group the dogs?
By temperament and play style first, size second. We watch body language closely and adjust groups through the day if a dog needs a calmer environment or a more active one. Not a free-for-all.
What if my dog gets overstimulated?
We catch that early because we're actively supervising, not glancing at a screen. Overstimulated dogs go to the rest zone for a proper reset. We tell you about it at pickup so we can adjust the next visit.
