Why a daycare package makes sense

Single daycare days are great for the occasional drop-in. But if your dog comes in once a week or more, paying full price every time stops making sense pretty quickly. Packages knock the per-day rate down and remove the friction of paying every visit.

They also help on the days you didn't plan for. Sick day, last-minute meeting, builders showing up at the house. The pass is already there, you just book the spot and bring your dog in.

How redemption works

Buy the package online. Bookings come out of your pre-paid balance automatically when you reserve a daycare day. Each pass has a validity window from the purchase date, so it suits routines, not stockpiling.

Half-day visits use half a pass. Full-day visits use one full pass. You can mix and match across the validity window. Add-ons like wash or groom at pickup are charged separately at the time of the visit.

What's actually in a daycare day

Same setup as our single-day daycare. Small group sizes, dogs matched on temperament rather than just size, supervised play with proper rest blocks, and indoor and outdoor zones depending on weather. A normal day looks like a couple of structured play rounds, naps in between, and one-on-one time when a dog needs a reset.

If your dog hasn't done daycare with us before, the first visit is an assessment. We watch how they settle, how they play, and which group they fit best with. After that, they slot in.

Things worth knowing before you buy

  • Validity is per package. The 5-day has a shorter window than the 20-day. Check the product page for the exact number.
  • Daycare days are Tuesday to Saturday. We're closed Sundays and Mondays. Plan your bookings around that.
  • Vaccinations are required. First daycare visit, we'll need a copy of current vacc records, including kennel cough.
  • Packages are non-refundable. Activated on purchase. They can be transferred to another dog in the same household if needed.
  • Add-ons aren't included. Wash, groom or nail trim at pickup are charged separately at the time of the visit.

Our studio is at 1/22 Mountain View Ave, Miami QLD 4220, a few minutes from Burleigh Heads, Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Nobby Beach, Palm Beach, Robina, Broadbeach, Varsity Lakes, Reedy Creek, Clear Island Waters, Elanora, Currumbin and Tugun. Parking is easy and drop-off takes a couple of minutes.
