It takes about a minute. Follow these four steps and your dog is booked in for a wash, a groom or a day at daycare on the Gold Coast, courtesy of your gift card.

Pick your service

Head to the service you want. We groom, we wash, and we run doggy daycare, all from our studio in Miami on the Gold Coast.

Not sure which one suits your dog? Each service page walks you through what is included and who it is best for.










First time with us? A wash or a full groom is a lovely way for your dog to get to know the team before a full day of daycare.

Choose your date and add to cart

Pick the day and time that work for you, then add the booking to your cart. If you have more than one dog, add a spot for each so we can give them all the time they deserve.

Have your gift card handy. You will need the code in a moment, and it lives in the gift card email you were sent.

Your code is a mix of letters and numbers from your gift card email. Check your inbox, or ask whoever spoiled you with it.

Enter your code at checkout

Head to checkout and fill in your details. At the payment step you will see a gift card field, enter your code there and your balance is applied straight away.

If your gift card covers the full amount, your total drops to zero and you can confirm the booking without paying anything more. If there is a balance to pay, you can cover it with Afterpay across all of our services.

Check your email and bring your dog in

Once your booking is confirmed you will get an email with your date, time and everything you need to know. Save it so you have the details handy.

That is it. Your dog is locked in. Bring them to our Miami studio and we will take it from there.
