A full day of structured play, enrichment and proper rest in our Miami studio. Small, well-matched groups so dogs aren't overwhelmed. We send photo updates during the day and you collect a tired, settled dog at pickup, not a wired one.

What's included

  • Small, well-matched playgroupsWe sort dogs by size, age, energy and play style. No chaos, no bullying, no oversized free-for-all.
  • Indoor and outdoor play zonesBig secure outdoor area for zoomies and sniffing, climate-controlled indoor space for rest and weather days.
  • Scheduled rest blocksQuiet rest periods built into the day. Dogs who don't sleep mid-day go home over-tired and cranky. Ours don't.
  • Enrichment activitiesMix of structured games, puzzle feeders, scent work and free play. Tires the brain, not just the legs.
  • Constant water and rest beddingFresh water always available. Comfortable rest mats and shaded zones.
  • Trained, attentive supervisionReal humans watching real dogs. We notice early signs of over-arousal, fatigue or stress and adjust the day.
  • Honest pickup updateWe tell you exactly how your dog's day went. Who they played with, how they handled the rest blocks, anything we noticed about their mood or body.

A day in the life

8am
Drop off and settle

Calm welcome, slow integration into the right group. New dogs spend the first session assessing energy and matching personalities.

Morning
Active play and enrichment

Outdoor zoomies, structured games, scent work. The high-energy block of the day.

Midday
Rest block

Lights down, music low, all dogs settle for a proper rest. This is the bit that makes daycare actually good for dogs.

Afternoon
Settled play and pickup prep

Calmer second play session, then a wind down so dogs are ready for handover.

By 4pm
Pickup

Quick handover, honest update on the day, walk out with a tired, happy dog.

Before your first day. We require a trial day before regular bookings, so we can place your dog in the right group and check they're comfortable with our setup. Vaccinations must be up to date (C5 or equivalent), plus current flea and tick prevention. Bring a copy of vaccinations to the trial day. Puppies welcome from full vaccination onwards.

Why daycare actually helps

A bored dog left at home alone for eight hours doesn't have a great day. They sleep, they pace, they chew things they shouldn't, they bark at delivery drivers. Some develop separation anxiety. None of it is the dog's fault, but none of it is great for the dog either.

Daycare gives them physical exercise, mental stimulation and dog-to-dog social time, all of which they're hardwired to need. The flow-on effects most owners notice within a few weeks:

  • Calmer evenings and quieter weekends (the post-daycare crash is real)
  • Better leash manners and more relaxed body language
  • Less destructive behaviour at home
  • Faster recovery from social anxiety in nervous dogs
  • Easier sleeping at night

Add a wash or groom to a daycare day and you've got the full pamper bundle: clean, exercised, settled.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to do a trial day?

Yes. We use the trial to place your dog in the right group, check they're comfortable with our space and team, and identify anything we should know. The trial is the same flat day rate.

What vaccinations do you require?

C5 or equivalent (covers core diseases plus kennel cough), plus current flea and tick prevention. Bring proof of vaccinations to the trial day.

My dog is shy or nervous. Can they come?

Yes. We start slow and use a smaller, gentler group. Some shy dogs take a few visits to settle, and that's fine. We never force interaction.

My dog is reactive or has bitten before. Can they come?

Be honest with us at booking. Some dogs aren't suited to group daycare and we'd rather know up front than find out the hard way. We may suggest one-on-one visits or a different service entirely.

Can my puppy come?

Yes, from full vaccination onwards (usually around 16 weeks). Puppy time is gentler and supervised more closely. It's also brilliant for socialisation in the critical 8 to 16 week window.

How many dogs do you have at once?

We cap intake to keep groups small and supervised. We'd rather turn a booking away than overcrowd the space. Spots fill fast, especially weekends and school holidays.

What should I bring?

Lead, labelled food if your dog needs it during the day, vaccinations on the first visit, and any medication with instructions. We provide everything else (water, rest bedding, toys, treats if appropriate).

Will my dog get bored or wired?

Neither, ideally. We balance play with rest and enrichment. Dogs who go home wired usually had too much play and not enough rest, which is what our scheduled rest blocks prevent.

Can I add a wash or groom?

Yes. Tell us at booking and we'll coordinate. Many owners do daycare plus a wash or groom at pickup so they collect a clean, tired, settled dog.

Do you have packages?

Yes. 5-day, 10-day, 15-day and 20-day packages are discounted compared to single days and let you book flexibly.
