What your regular visits are worth

Pets Juicy PLUS+ looks after the dogs we see the most. Here's how quickly the credit comes round for a few of our regulars.

The daycare regular

$250 a year

Two full days a week at $50 a day, every week for a year, is $5,200 of daycare. That's ten lots of $25 credit, and the first one lands on day 10.

The six-weekly groom

5th groom

Book a $100 groom every six weeks and your first $25 lands with groom number five. Fresh cut for them, credit for you.

The fortnightly wash

9th wash

A $60 wash every second week gets you to your first $25 with wash number nine, about four months in.

The two-dog household

One total

Book both dogs on the same account and every booking adds to the same running total, so the credit comes round a lot quicker.

Worked out on our starting prices: grooms from $100, washes from $60, full-day daycare $50. Bigger dogs and bundles get there sooner.

How Pets Juicy PLUS+ works

  1. Book and pay online

    Grooms, washes, daycare days and daycare packs, booked online like you already do.

  2. Credit lands on its own

    Every time your spend passes another $500, $25 of store credit lands in your account and we email you to say it's there.

  3. Sign in and spend it

    At checkout, sign in with your email and a one-time code. Your credit shows up as a way to pay and comes straight off the booking.

Each credit is good for 12 months from the day it lands and can't be swapped for cash. Check out as a guest and it won't show, so sign in first. No password needed, just your email and a one-time code.

Had Paws & Refresh points? They're now credit

Pets Juicy PLUS+ replaces the Paws & Refresh Club, and your points aren't going anywhere. They're being converted into store credit at the Paws & Refresh rate of 500 points to $15, rounded down to the nearest $5, plus any unused reward coupons.

Your converted credit lands after Pets Juicy PLUS+ launches, with an email when it does, and it's good until 31 October 2027. From there you earn on Pets Juicy PLUS+ like everyone else.

Pets Juicy PLUS+ questions

Do I need to sign up for Pets Juicy PLUS+?

No. Every Pets Juicy customer is in automatically. Book and pay online as usual and your spend starts counting towards your first $25 of store credit.

Does doggy daycare count?

Yes. Single daycare days and daycare packs both count. A pack earns when you buy it, not again when you book each day from the pack.

What doesn't count towards my $500?

Gift card purchases don't earn. If a booking is refunded, it comes off your running total.

How will I know when I've earned credit?

Your $25 lands in your Pets Juicy account automatically, and you'll get an email to let you know it's there.

Why can't I see my credit at checkout?

You need to be signed in to your account. At checkout, sign in with your email address and the one-time code that arrives in your inbox. There's no password. If you check out as a guest, your credit won't show.

How long does my credit last?

Each credit is valid for 12 months from the day it's issued. Converted Paws & Refresh credit has its own date and expires on 31 October 2027.

Can I swap my credit for cash?

No. Store credit can't be exchanged for cash. It's there to come off your next booking with us.

What happens to my Paws & Refresh points?

They're being converted into store credit at the Paws & Refresh rate of 500 points to $15, rounded down to the nearest $5. Any unused Paws & Refresh reward coupons are included. The credit lands after launch, you'll get an email when it does, and it's valid until 31 October 2027.
