How to Use Your Pets Juicy Credit

Got Pets Juicy credit? It already lives on your account, so there's no code to copy and nothing to dig out of your inbox. Four quick steps and it comes straight off your next groom, wash or daycare day.

Book your dog in as usual

Choose grooming, washing or daycare, tap your dog's size, pick a time and add it to your cart. Your credit works on all of them, daycare packs included.

Booking more than one dog? Book each one separately so we have their details, then check out once and your credit covers the lot.

Sign in at checkout

From your cart, tap Check out, then tap the sign-in link at the top. Use the same email your credit was sent to. We'll email you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.

Check out as a guest and your credit won't show. Signing in is the bit that unlocks it.

Tap Apply store credit

Scroll down to the Payment section and tap Apply store credit. Your credit comes straight off the total. If it covers everything, your total drops to $0.00. If there's a bit left to pay, finish it off with your card or Afterpay.

Check your inbox and bring your dog in

You'll get your receipt and a booking confirmation with links to reschedule or cancel if plans change. Then bring your dog to 1/22 Mountain View Avenue, Miami, and we'll take it from there.

Good for 12 months

Each credit lasts 12 months from the day it lands. Credit converted from our old loyalty program runs until 31 October 2027.

How do I check how much credit I have?

Sign in to your Pets Juicy account with your email and the one-time code we send you. Your store credit balance is in your account.

I can't see Apply store credit at checkout. Help!

You need to be signed in with the email your credit was sent to. Tap the sign-in link at the top of checkout, pop in the one-time code from your inbox, and the option appears in the Payment section.

Where did my credit come from?

Most credit comes from Pets Juicy PLUS+, where every $500 you spend on grooms, washes and daycare earns $25 back. If you had points with our old loyalty program, they've been converted into credit too.

Can I use credit on daycare packs?

Yes. Grooms, washes, single daycare days and daycare packs all take credit.

What if my credit is more than my booking?

Your credit comes off the booking total and anything left over stays on your account for next time.

Does my credit expire?

Yes. Pets Juicy PLUS+ credit lasts 12 months from the day it lands. Credit converted from our old loyalty program expires on 31 October 2027.
