Booking a groom at our Miami studio takes about a minute. Three quick choices and your dog gets the full time they need, with no surprises at drop-off.

Pick the haircut

A Tidy Clip is one even clipper length all over, plus a face, feet and hygiene tidy. A Style Groom is a scissored breed cut with different lengths on the face, legs and body.

No haircut needed? Book a bath and blow dry or deshed, a Hygiene Cut, or a Puppy Introduction Groom for first timers.

Got a photo of the look you want? That's a Style Groom. Happy with one length all over? Tidy Clip.

Pick your dog's size

Prices and appointment times are set by size, because a big dog takes a lot longer than a small one.

Weight is a guide, not the whole story. Slim, leggy or very fluffy dogs can need more time than the scales suggest. See the size guide for common breeds.

Between sizes? Book the bigger one so nobody's rushed.

Baths only: pick the coat

Long coat is for fluffy double coats like Golden Retrievers, Border Collies, German Shepherds, Huskies, Aussies, Samoyeds, Corgis and Poms. Even if the back feels short, it's the undercoat underneath that takes the time.

Short coat is for sleek coats that sit flat, like Labradors, Kelpies, Staffys, Cattle Dogs, Beagles and Boxers.

Not sure, or a cross of the two? Book Long coat. Poodle crosses don't shed, so book a Tidy Clip or Style Groom instead.

We check every booking

Our team checks every booking, and we check your dog again at drop-off before we start. If what's booked doesn't match the dog in front of us, we'll tell you the right service and the new price before we start.

Wants a breed cutA Tidy Clip is booked, but you'd like different lengths. That's a Style Groom.
Double coatShort coat is booked for a Goldie, Collie or Shepherd. That's Long coat.
Bigger dogThe size booked is smaller than your dog.
MattingA matted coat, or 12 weeks or more since the last groom, needs extra time.
ExtrasSomething extra asked for at drop-off, like a conditioning treatment.

You can go ahead, keep the service you booked if it still suits your dog, or rebook. Any difference is paid at pick-up. The details are in our booking terms.

On the day

Drop-off made easy

  • 1/22 Mountain View Ave, Miami. Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm
  • Free street parking out front. The back car park is shared and usually full, so keep moving if you check it. Parking is your responsibility
  • Come straight in. Opening our first gate rings the doorbell, so no need to message
  • First visit? Bring your dog's vaccination proof
  • Most grooms take 1.5 to 2 hours, with pick-up before 4pm

What's the difference between a Tidy Clip and a Style Groom?

A Tidy Clip is one even clipper length all over, plus a face, feet and hygiene tidy. A Style Groom is a scissored breed cut, with different lengths on the face, legs and body. If you've got a photo of the look you want, it's a Style Groom.

What if I pick the wrong size or service?

Our team checks every booking, and we check your dog again at drop-off before we start. If the booking doesn't match your dog, we'll tell you the right service and the new price before we pick up the clippers. You can go ahead, swap to what you originally booked if that suits your dog, or rebook.

My dog is between sizes. Which one do I book?

The bigger one. Groom times change a lot between sizes, and booking up means we set aside enough time and nobody's rushed.

How long does a groom take?

Most grooms take 1.5 to 2 hours. Bigger, fluffier or matted dogs can take longer, and we'll let you know at drop-off.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Every 6 to 8 weeks suits most clipped and scissored coats. Coats that go 12 weeks or more between grooms often need extra time, so we'll talk it through at drop-off.

My dog's coat is matted. Can I still book?

Yes. Tell us in your booking notes. Matted coats take longer, and we never brush out tight mats painfully. We'll look at the coat at drop-off and tell you the plan and any extra cost before we start.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, along with card and the usual express options.

What if I need to cancel or move my booking?

Our Refund Policy covers cancellations and changes. Get in touch as early as you can and we'll help you find a new time.
