For your dog’s first day at Pets Juicy, bring along their favourite collar and lead, any special toys or blankets that make them feel at home, and a copy of their vaccination records. If they have any dietary needs, pack some snacks or meals in a labelled container. We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring they have a fantastic and fun-filled day!

For more serious injuries, we’ll take your dog to the nearest vet. Any medical expenses will be at your cost, but we’ll be with your pup every step of the way, ensuring they get the best care.

Enrolling your dog at Pets Juicy is a breeze! Start by filling out our online registration form, which includes details about your dog’s health, temperament, and vaccination history. Once we have all the info, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet to introduce your dog to our facility and team. If all goes well, your dog will be ready to join the fun!

Yes, non-desexed dogs are welcome at Pets Juicy. However, we do have a policy regarding female dogs in heat. They cannot attend daycare during their heat period and for two weeks after the last spotting. This helps us maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all dogs.
