Mermaid Beach is our closest neighbour. Hedges Avenue, the surf clubs, dog-friendly back streets. Most Mermaid clients walk past us on the way to the beach.
Three minutes from the studio. Drop your dog before a beach walk, grab a coffee, pick them up clean and brushed before lunch. Mermaid clients regularly do exactly that, it is the quickest run we see.

How long does the drive take from Mermaid Beach?
Most Mermaid Beach clients tell us 3 to 5 minutes door to door, straight up the Gold Coast Highway from our front door. Loading zone right out front means quick drop-offs and pick-ups.
What time slots work best around school runs?
Drop off at 8am when we open, pick up by 4pm when we close. Tuesday to Saturday. A lot of Mermaid Beach parents drop off on the way to school and pick up before afternoon collection.
Do you take Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on grooming, washing and daycare. Pay in four interest-free instalments.
Can you handle nervous or senior dogs?
Yes. We work at the dog's pace, not a clock. Most full grooms run two to three hours so nervous and senior dogs get the patience they need. Mention temperament at booking and we will plan the day around it.
