How long does the drive take from Mermaid Waters?
Most Mermaid Waters clients tell us 5 to 7 minutes door to door, via Markeri Street and Sunshine Boulevard. Loading zone right out front means quick drop-offs and pick-ups.
What time slots work best around school runs?
Drop off at 8am when we open, pick up by 4pm when we close. Tuesday to Saturday. A lot of Mermaid Waters parents drop off on the way to school and pick up before afternoon collection.
Do you take Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on grooming, washing and daycare. Pay in four interest-free instalments.
Can you handle nervous or senior dogs?
Yes. We work at the dog's pace, not a clock. Most full grooms run two to three hours so nervous and senior dogs get the patience they need. Mention temperament at booking and we will plan the day around it.
