How long does the drive take from Broadbeach?
Most Broadbeach clients tell us 5 to 7 minutes door to door, north up the Gold Coast Highway, past Mermaid Beach. Loading zone right out front means quick drop-offs and pick-ups.
What time slots work best around school runs?
Drop off at 8am when we open, pick up by 4pm when we close. Tuesday to Saturday. A lot of Broadbeach parents drop off on the way to school and pick up before afternoon collection.
Do you take Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on grooming, washing and daycare. Pay in four interest-free instalments.
Can you handle nervous or senior dogs?
Yes. We work at the dog's pace, not a clock. Most full grooms run two to three hours so nervous and senior dogs get the patience they need. Mention temperament at booking and we will plan the day around it.
