Currumbin is a beachside village with a serious dog-walking culture. The creek mouth, the Currumbin Hill loop, the quiet streets back off the highway. Locals are out with their dogs before the sun is properly up.
Worth knowing the rules before you go: the City of Gold Coast designates only three beaches where dogs can be exercised off leash, and Palm Beach is the closest of those to Currumbin. Everywhere else is on leash, and not within 200 metres of the flags. Either way the sand ends up in the coat, so our wash uses warm water and a full rinse rather than leaving grit sitting in the undercoat.

How long does the drive take from Currumbin?
Most Currumbin clients tell us 12 to 16 minutes door to door, north along the Gold Coast Highway through Palm Beach and Burleigh Heads. Loading zone right out front means quick drop-offs and pick-ups.
What time slots work best around school runs?
Drop off at 8am when we open, pick up by 4pm when we close. Monday to Saturday. A lot of Currumbin parents drop off on the way to school and pick up before afternoon collection.
Do you take Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on grooming, washing and daycare. Pay in four interest-free instalments.
Can you handle nervous or senior dogs?
Yes. We work at the dog's pace, not a clock. Most full grooms run two to three hours so nervous and senior dogs get the patience they need. Mention temperament at booking and we will plan the day around it.
